I finally got off my duff and started using the new digicam I bought last fall. See some of the pics I've taken here, here, and here.

Nothing major, just a place to put some quick thoughts and observations. Like...

Not much going on here of late.

As noted above, I've been taking quite a few pics lately. The weather has been warm, but kinda funky. Lots of overcast/cloudy days. Makes for some weird light conditions, which isn't all bad... just different.

Tutorials, tips, tricks, hints. Some are mine, some from other people. All of them should be useful. Mostly things that were learned the hard way. Here they are, in no particular order:

• web design - my somewhat offbeat, slightly radical thoughts on web design
• tables - Hoo Lawdy! All 'bout them pesky tables
• stupid graphics tricks - some tidbits to make your life easier

Whoa, freebies!? Everybody likes free stuff, right? Well, here ya go:

• free web page templates - several to choose from, more on the way
• free background tiles - could be useful, then again, maybe not
• free Blade Pro preset files - hopefully useful, a kind word about where you got them is appreciated greatly
• useless excel widgets - just some spreadsheet thingees I've done for this-n-that
• some moldy old jokes - just a directory listing of text files

Free, all free I tell ya! Free!! Oh, yeah, one more thing- did I mention that they're free?
